How might life look differently if you felt like you had a safe space to work through things, so you could live with more clarity and peace?
Hello and Welcome! Whether it’s learning to navigate life transitions, feeling more effective in relationships, reducing stress and creating inner balance, or dealing with some of the challenges that come in our modern-day world; I help clients work through a variety of issues, so they feel empowered to live with more emotional freedom, coping tools, and healing perspective.
I believe that therapy is sacred and creates a safe container for healing, growth and change to happen, and I’m honored to be a space holder for this process.
Through my online telepsychology practice, I work with ages 18 and up. My therapeutic style is warm, relational, and collaborative, and I use an integrated model, drawing on a variety of approaches. Some of my favorites include compassion-focused, strength-based, life coaching, and creative and humanistic modalities.
I also work with fellow professionals in the healing, helping, and clinical fields offering consultation and mentorship, because I understand the importance of seeking a safe space to support our process and growth.
A Licensed Psychologist who is Board Certified in Clinical Psychology, my practice is informed by over 20 years of experience in the field, and I offer my undivided attention, highly sensitive nature, deep-listening skills, support, respect, and my personal ongoing educational training.
I believe each of us is on our own journey of becoming and that my role is to meet you where you are at in your process and collaborate with you to focus on your strengths and help you find new perspectives, tools, and insight.
I understand that finding the right therapist who feels like a good fit is pivotal to establishing a strong therapeutic alliance, and I’m happy to answer any questions about what to expect, my experience and philosophy of care, scheduling, fees, etc. If you’d like to know more about my background, education and experience, you can find out more in my About Section.
