Poetry: Bahut Sundar
Poetry Mused by Imagination + Beauty…
‘ Bahut Sundar’
I’d like to see poetry in the clouds again.
Stitch the rain with curiosity and wonder.
Talk to a gnome where the blue fern grows.
Dreamwalk Dorado by crescent moon’s thunder.
Drink marine seams from Lemurian streams.
Watch russet fox in sunshine slumber.
Sing with the nymphs in Nysa’s springs.
While a gaggle of geese slowly lumbers.
Awaken my heart with crystalline start.
A rebirth of being whose art imparts:
Magic is found in creation’s arc—
Bathing our world in Bahut Sundar.
Bahut Sundar is a Hindi phrase that means “very beautiful.”
